At WallPanels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home transformation. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused and undamaged panels within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the panels back into their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit; items must be in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned panels, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
